CAMPS
Future Stars Camp
The Summer Hoops program was also the first to create a camp for the First grade to Third grade groups. Initially it was called Biddy Basketball Camp; the name was changed to Future Stars because the younger campers didn't want to be associated as "Little Biddies". This camp is run in conjunction with the all day camp. Each week is divided into 2 sessions (a.m. and p.m.). Parents can sign children up for one or both sessions. Future Stars Camps features portable basketball hoops that can be lowered and smaller sized basketballs make this camp a real hit. The combination of fun and learning the fundamentals of the game paves a way for all Campers to really grow and enjoy basketball. (Grade 3 can sign up for Future Stars or All Day camp.)
ALL Day Camp
All Day Camp is offered to Campers entering grades 3-8. This camp has A.M, P.M, and All Day Sessions to choose from. Campers are split into three divisions: Entering Grades 3&4; Entering Grades 5&6; and Entering Grades 7&8. The divisions are not coed. All Day Camp stresses the fundamentals of the Game. Campers will practice passing, shooting, dribbling, and defensive strategies. Campers will learn through technique, instruction, practice, and of course most importantly by having fun everything they need to be successful players going forward.
Highschool Morning Workout Camp (Mornings only)
Highschool Morning Workout Camp is offered to Campers entering grades 9-12 and is offered during the morning sessions only. The Morning Workout Camp is coed and Campers will learn more than "just the basics" from Varsity as well as College basketball coaches. The program consists of weight training, conditioning, basketball drills, teamwork, and more. This morning workout camp is ideal for any highschool camper who is serious about playing basketball.
